With an España Escape holiday you have the choice of 2 catered packages. The ‘a la carte’ package includes a continental breakfast every morning, and each evening (6 out of 7) Su will prepare a 3 course meal selected from her fantastic menus.

If you prefer you can take advantage of our ‘flexi-dining’ package where you can choose the individual evening meals you would like Su to prepare for you at the Villa, while still enjoying breakfast daily. This selective option allows you to relax with the comforts of a catered villa, and also enjoy a variety of the local restaurants.

The continental breakfast includes a wide range of cereals, yoghurts, toast, bread and jams, all served with fruit juice, tea and coffee, at a time to suit you.

Su only uses the finest, fresh local produce, meat, fish, and seafood to prepare a range of gourmet dishes to tantalize a variety of tastes. On arrival we will go through the menu options so you can let us know your likes and dislikes, and any special dietary requirements to be catered for.

Meals may be taken inside or outside under a covered terrace. A barbeque can be arranged for one of the evenings so you can eat, drink, and enjoy the fabulous climate late into the night. A children’s menu is available should you wish them to eat earlier, and a high chair can also be provided.

For nights when not eating at the Villa we can recommend the food at a number of local restaurants, from traditional Spanish meat and fish, to Italian and Chinese, and a fantastic Indian overlooking the beautiful Lake Viñuela.
