España Escape offer mountain biking for all levels, varying from easy bike rides suitable for young children, to technical singletrack trails in the Andalucian Mountains.

There are some great family rides near our villa and your adventure will be tailored to age and ability. The easiest is a bike ride along the paved promenade on the coast at Torre del Mar. The promenade is 7 miles long but you can turn around and ride back whenever. Stop off for a drink and bite to eat at the many beach-front restaurants or cool off with a dip in the sea. This bike ride is suitable for the very young as stabalisers can be used (we have 2 bikes suitable for under 5’s).

For those with a little more confidence there is a fantastic ride around the beautiful Lake Viñuela. This is a track around 12 miles long, with possible short cuts depending on water level. You can take a break on the way round for a picnic and maybe cool off in the lake.
A ride along the coastal tramline has a little climbing but is still a fairly easy ride. We rop you off at the start and you can ride all the way back to the vila, about 15 miles. There is some road riding so riders need to be confident.
