Boat Charter

Chartering a boat is a great way of spending a day, cruising along the coastline, relaxing with a drink, snorkelling in the clear waters, watching out for those elusive dolphins, or deep sea fishing further out to sea.

We offer two different types of boating. One boat is a skippered 10 metre sailing yacht. This is fully equipped with modern navigational aids, safety equipment, hot and cold water, shower and W.C. The boat departs from Marina Del Este which is around a 30 minutes drive east from the villa and offers pleasure cruises, sailing among the dolphins, swimming in crystal clear waters, and just enjoying the coastline and the whole experience of sailing. The minimum number of people is 4 and the maximum is 11. You can sail for a half day or a full day and included in the price is both alcoholic and soft drinks, and snacks. If you are having a full day's cruise then they will stop off at one of the beachside restaurants for lunch (this is not included in the price), or you could ask Su to put you together a packed lunch. For a half day sailing it is around 45€ per person and a full day is 65€, with special rates for children

If you are sailors then you won't mind what type of weather you go out in, but for everyone else boating is dependant on the sea conditions. The last thing you want is been on a boat all day and feeling sick. For this reason we always check the weather conditions with the owners of the boat in the morning and if it is too rough to go out we re-arrange for another day. We recommend that if you do want to go sailing you don't leave it for your last day as you may end up disappointed. This would be a nice idea if you want to do something different for a birthday or celebration.

The second boating we offer our 2,4 and 6 seater sail boats and 2,3 and 4 person catamarans. If you can already sail you can hire the boats for just 1 hr or up to a full day. If you wish to learn then lessons and courses are available, or if you wish we can arrange excursions with the instructor being your skipper. Guests from previous years who have hired sail boats have managed to find and spend a good few hours with the wild dolphins, a money can't buy experience.
