Nerja Caves

Situated 20 mins from the villa, in the town of Nerja . They are a formation of karstic cavities, very impressive, and on those hot summer days a nice trip for a few hours in a cool location.

Alhambra Palace

Situated in Granada around an hours drive away. With 3 main palaces to view this will give you an insight of how was during the Moor’s occupation. There is some outstanding architecture to see and make sure you plan this as a full day out. Along with the palaces there are also the very beautiful gardens to explore.

You do have to pre book your entrance tickets and times (for the entrance to the palaces) before you visit as there are limited places each day (to stop over crowding). When you reserve your tickets you have to enter your credit card details and when you arrive you will have to give them your credit card and the booking reference. For this reason we can't book these tickets for you, but we are happy to help you book them either before you arrive by suppling the web address or when you are at the villa where we can step you through it.

Jardin Botanico Historico

A collection of plants from around the world. The owners have gathered these together to create relaxing botanical gardens. Situated just outside Malaga around 25 mins from the villa.

Country Farmers Market

Held every Tuesday morning just 15 mins from the villa. The ideal place for a morning out and a chance to relax in tranquil settings.

Frigiliana Village

Just 20 mins from the villa, Frigiliana is a typical Spanish village. It has a big artisan factory based there showing pottery and other Spanish art.
